Why it exists
Construction audit is usually done by accountants who have never stood on a site, or by engineers who have never tested a payment application. The gap between those two positions is where owners lose money.
The practice was founded to close it. The work is deliberately narrow: capital programmes, owner side, in a region where the scale of investment has outrun the governance built to control it.
Client identities are never published. Every engagement reference on this site is described by portfolio value, sector and scope, and nothing else. In this field that discretion is the product, not a courtesy.

The practice does not act for contractors, and does not accept an engagement where it has advised the counterparty on the same programme. Independence stops meaning anything the moment it is qualified.
Findings stated plainly
Reports state a position and rate its severity. Where the evidence does not support a finding, the report says so. An audit that only confirms what the sponsor hoped to read has no value to anyone.

No client is named, no engagement is published, no case study is written. What appears on this site is technical writing on the discipline itself, never on the work.
